A deposit is required to reserve and secure an event or production date with BigRichVisuals.
Deposits remain fully refundable up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled event date.
Within 7 days of the event date, deposits become non-refundable due to scheduling commitments, preparation time, production planning, staffing, and reserved availability.
Any payments beyond the deposit may still be partially refundable depending on the amount of completed work, preparation, or production costs already incurred.
A booking is not considered fully confirmed until payment has been received or alternate payment arrangements have been approved directly by BigRichVisuals.
