Start with the booking form or Richie chat on the homepage. Send the service type, project date, location, and any creative notes. We review the request and follow up with next steps, usually within 24 hours.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve an event or production date. A booking is not fully confirmed until payment has been received or alternate payment arrangements have been approved directly by BigRichVisuals.

Deposits remain fully refundable up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled event date. Within 7 days of the event, deposits become non-refundable because the date, planning time, and production resources have already been reserved.

Rescheduling requests are accommodated whenever reasonably possible based on availability. Send the request as early as you can so the team can protect the new date and production plan.

BigRichVisuals handles photography, videography and film, live event streaming, editing, post-production, digital video upscaling, creative direction, brand strategy, sound engineering, and web or app development.

Yes. BigRichVisuals is based in South Florida and serves Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Broward County, and Palm Beach County, with destination and travel projects available by request.

Yes. You can upload photos, videos, audio, RAW files, or packaged content for retouching, reels, recaps, color correction, captions, upscaling, restoration, and final delivery exports.

Yes. Mobile event live streaming is available for on-location events. The exact setup depends on the venue, internet access, audio needs, platform, schedule, and required camera coverage.

Typical estimates are 3-7 business days for photography previews, 1-4 weeks for final photo galleries, 3-10 business days for video teaser edits, and 2-8 weeks for final video productions. Larger commercial, branding, or cinematic projects may need more time.

Finished files are delivered through your private BRV Media Portal when the project is ready. You can log in, preview, and download high-resolution deliverables from your gallery.

Expedited editing may be available for select projects. Rush availability depends on the current production workload, project complexity, requested turnaround, and staffing. Rush fees may apply.

Final edited deliverables are the standard delivery format. RAW photos, project files, or other source assets can be discussed before booking if your project requires them.

BigRichVisuals may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, promotional, and creative showcase purposes. Clients who prefer privacy can request removal, opt out of future marketing usage, or ask about additional privacy accommodations.

BigRichVisuals accepts secure card payments, electronic transfers, digital wallet payments, invoices, and approved custom payment arrangements. Alternate payment methods should be requested before checkout.

The team makes every reasonable effort to capture, edit, store, and deliver media safely. Venue restrictions, unsafe environments, severe weather, internet platform outages, and third-party interruptions may affect coverage or delivery.
